Shipping:

Shipping is for for all of our orders, including wholesale customers.

Preparation of orders before dispatch takes 4 - 5 working days. We ship primarily with Australia Post & Aramex. We use other couriers for parcels over 1000mm. Once shipped, orders typically take 2 - 5 business days for your product to arrive. Shipping estimates are on top of the preparation time.

Typically, your order will arrive 6 - 10 business days after you place your order, depending on your state.

Orders are sent from Victoria, Australia.

If your order has still not arrived within 10 working days after your order date and your tracking number is showing no recent progress, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page.
